My first thoughts on this are “what as a society” have we become? This has been answered by many but there are two rules to go by to decide this.
- The first rule is this: “that which we resist we become.”
- The second rule is: “that which we become used to, becomes normal.”
These are rules used whether anyone likes it or not. Especially the first one.
Our path through the 20th century was one of resistance to Facism, Communism and outright extremism. The resistance we put up to them was phenomenal.
Democracy is one vote per individual on all things not just the right to vote for someone to represent us. In Facism, Communism or any other ism, we have one controlling many, that is how power is retained. A group takes control and then produces its own rules on how things should be run. This is exactly what has happened to us.
Our governments are completely out of our control at this point. We no longer live our lives, the government owns them. And that makes us Facist, Communist and totally confused. We were taken over by all these ism’s without firing a shot. We were taken over by philosophies that we did not understand and that is what got us.
Most of us don’t vote any more. We go along with the flow just to keep life going on nicely. While our governments plunder the planet, invade others, or “legally” destroy our own populations.
Internally they are using law, drugs, and propaganda based on the second rule. Making it all seem normal. And most have fallen for it, will not argue or demonstrate against dangerous laws or policies or force government to obey us — after all it is our government.
This must change! Currently more people die from taking psychiatric drugs than they do from fighting in wars! People pay most of their expendable income to governments who use the money to control us. The money is taken under a “general ” edict of taxation, which is then divided up to all respective parts of the government. You would think that responsibility would reign all this in however with Facist policies in place (taken from the Nazis, such as health care, welfare, psychiatric control, political policy making) that someone would give a damn.
That is not the case it is all too far gone and now we are almost at the point the Soviet Union was, and it is a very dangerous point.
We consider ourselves “civilized” and that nothing like what has happened elsewhere can happen here. We think because of distances, culture and our belief in our system that we will prevail. Too Late!
There are groups poised to take over our governments now, we have upset the eastern world to our detriment, we have become that which we so hated…the Facist the Nazi and the Communist. Others now see us as the bully on the block and fear us. And they have right to.
Our society is no longer surviving and the signs are everywhere, but because of the second rule, no one seems to notice. Deep down inside they worry though…so do I, I fear for my children, their children and the world we have left them.
It will be a world of hate, danger, pollution, loss of wildlife, living space and poverty. We will have become totally what we resisted. We should have used common sense, kept “professionals” away from ethical problems and let the common man decide right and wrong. The professionals, our university’s and schools, do not teach that and our churches have failed to teach a large enough number.
Ethics is the reason and contemplation of Optimum Survival. That includes all and leaves nothing out. The information is available for the common man to understand and the professional.
The only people passing this information on are being resisted, hopefully to our benefit, instead of detriment. Scientology is being made out to be a bad guy, a societal pariah, but if you look closely they have many programs to re-civilize populations and they are doing well. The reason being is they are using the technology of Ethics to solve problems.
It can help the individual, the company, the family, the child, the planet as a whole. Whenever you hear or see something out of order, a disaster, a mockery of law, something criminal going on, think of that book on ethics. Scientologists do not have a problem like the rest of us with criminality or stupidity and it is because of that knowledge.
